Nedra McDaniel aka the Adventure Mom visited Spuddy with her family and learned not only about Cajun cooking but also about how Andouille is made.​

​

The highlight of Nedra's visit was the stop at the smoker where Spuddy explained how his Andouille is slow smoked over pecan wood and then let her sample a piece of Andouille hot off the smoker.

Best Ever Food Review Show

For their first ever episode in the United States the Best Ever Food Review Show decided they wanted to come to Cajun country, and they choose Spuddy as their guide.

​

 On this episode Spuddy took viewers into a crawfish pond to catch crawfish and then showed how he makes his world-famous Andouille. With over a million views in the first 24 hours this video is worth watching.

Look Whos Blogging

The kid hosts of Look Who's Blogging stop by to learn about Andouille and see the smoker. While they didn't get the full Cajun Cooking Experience, they got a quick glimpse into Cajun cooking on the German Coast.

After they filmed this we finished the kitchen renovation are are excited to be offering the cooking experience on a regular schedule.
